At what time is check-in possible?
You can check in from 15:00 o’clock, if you arrive earlier it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception for safekeeping, so you can already explore the area. You can always ask if your room is ready earlier. If so, we will be happy to help you.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 12:00 o’clock. Would you rather enjoy the beautiful city of Antwerp for just a little longer? Also at checkout you can leave your luggage with us for safekeeping.
If you want to make use of a late checkout, this is possible on the basis of availability. With a late checkout you can make use of your hotel room or apartment until 17.00 o’clock. The costs are €35.
Is it possible to arrive after the reception has closed?
If you have booked with us, you can use your smartphone to open the door of our hotel, and also the door of your hotel room or appartment. You don't have a smartphone? Then please contact the reception.
Can I bring my bicycle?
Yes, you can. We have a small bicycle shed in the basement of the hotel, but it is only accessible by stairs.
In Antwerp, there are also several possibilities to rent bikes. For example, at 100 metres from the hotel you can make use of the shared bicycle of Antwerp-Velo.
Can I hire a scooter?
Antwerp also has a large network of shared scooters. Three companies currently offer scooters: Bird, Lime and Poppy.
They all work on a free-floating system where they have no fixed parking space and you can locate them via the app.
Download the Bird, Lime or Poppy app from the App store or Google Play Store to use the shared steps. Create an account first. Through the apps you can find the nearest shared scooter, then scan the QR code that you find on the handlebar of each scooter. Scanning this code unlocks the scooter for use.
After your ride, place the scooter in a place where it cannot obstruct traffic and finish the ride in the app.
Where can I park my car?
> With your hotel stay, you can reserve a parking space for €19 per night. We only have a limited number of parking spaces available. Reserving a parking space is therefore only possible on the basis of availability.
> You can park your car for a maximum of 3 hours in the streets around the hotel. Paid parking applies from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 10 pm. A parking ticket can be bought at the ticket machine in the street and costs €10 (for 3 hours).
> It is also possible to park in the parking garage which is just around the corner at 200 meters from the hotel. A day ticket costs €20 and must be paid at the supermarket reception desk. The car park is open between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The Cadiz parking garage is located at Napelsstraat 52 in Antwerp. Take the far right entrance.
> Free parking is possible at one of the many park-and-rides on the outskirts of the city and both tram 1 and tram 24 stop at the Noorderplaats, 100 meters from the hotel.
How do I get to the hotel by public transport?
From Antwerp Central Station take tram 1, get off at the Noorderplaats stop.
You can also take the bus, from the bus stop Rooseveltplaats (next to Central Station) take bus 640 or bus 2 to bus stop Noorderplaats.
From this stop, the hotel is only a 2-minute walk away.
Are the rooms and apartments non-smoking?
All apartments and hotel rooms are non-smoking. If your room has a terrace (terrace room & compact room) you may smoke on the terrace but with the door closed. An ashtray is available on the balcony.
I do not have a credit card, how can I make a reservation?
